Your registration will not be complete until full prepayment for the conference fees have been received. In order to guarantee your attendance please ensure that you pay your conference fees immediately.
Delegate Fee Includes: Access to the online One-on-One Meeting Scheduler and all events and functions as stated in the Conference Agenda (Excluding Day Tour & Golf Tournament).
Spouse Fee Includes: Buffet Lunches on Conference Days, Networking Hour and The Dinner.
Registration Cut-Off: Friday, 14th August 2026, at 17:00 hrs. Bangkok Time (GMT+7) (You will be able to register after this date, but your contact details will not be included in the conference directory book).
Cancellation Deadline: Friday, 10th July 2026, at 17:00 hrs. Bangkok Time (GMT+7)
Payment Deadline: Immediately after receipt of invoice. You can also use the Order Confirmation to make payment while waiting for an official invoice to be sent to you from our accounting department. Your conference registration will not be completed until payment has been received by IFC8.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Failure to Cancel your conference registration within Friday, 10th July 2026, at 17:00 hrs. Bangkok Time (GMT+7) will result in 100% cancellation fees. There will be no refund
- To CANCEL your participation at any time, please send an email to conference@ifc8.network
PAYMENT:
- An Invoice will be sent to you shortly after registration (within one working day), however we recommend you to make payment immediately by Credit Card or Partner Pay to secure your conference registration.
- Payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Partner Pay are accepted.
- You will not be officially registered or have access to the One-on-One Meetings Scheduler until payment has been received. We will not update your details on the Conference Attendee List until payment has been received.
